These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between magacasino and its affiliated entities ("we", "us", "platform") and users of the website ("you", "user"). By using the magacasino website, mobile application, or any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms are published, it will be understood that you have also accepted the revised Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

Important: All magacasino services are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

To register on magacasino and participate in any games or betting activities, you must be at least 21 years of age. We may request the necessary identification documents at any time for age verification.

1.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend all accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

1.3 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account closure, and any bonuses or winnings obtained will be forfeited.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone else. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

2.1 Deposit Limits and Methods

The minimum deposit amount on magacasino is ৳100. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

2.2 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases, processing time may be slightly longer due to the verification process.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal request, we may complete an identity verification (KYC) process. You may be required to submit the necessary documents (national ID, passport, etc.). Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.4 Refund Policy

Funds once deposited cannot be withdrawn as a refund. However, in the event of a security issue or a service termination on our part, the principal amount in the account may be returned, excluding any bonuses or pending bets.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus

magacasino offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount will equal the deposit amount, but will never exceed ৳5,000.

Example 1: You deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
Example 2: You deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum) → Total balance ৳17,000

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

3.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
  • Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
  • magacasino reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

3.4 VIP Program

The magacasino VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your play history and activity. The detailed terms of the cashback benefit are determined by magacasino and are subject to change.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on magacasino. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited:

  • Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means.
  • Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing illegally obtained funds.
  • Hacking another user's information or gaining unauthorized access to an account.
  • Coordinating bets with other users (collusion).
  • Playing on behalf of minors or managing accounts for them.
  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Opening or managing an account by providing false or misleading information.
If suspicious activity is detected, magacasino may temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete. Withdrawals may also be delayed during this time.

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time of your own choosing. To do so, please contact our support team. It is recommended that you complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

9.2 Closure by magacasino

magacasino may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a violation of these Terms.
  • If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
  • If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (more than 12 months).
  • At the user's request.
